Personal data consent

Effective date: 2026-09-11

By submitting an enquiry or booking, you ask My Shore Excursion to take steps to arrange and deliver the requested travel service. Processing necessary for those steps and for the resulting contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and does not depend on consent.

Where we specifically ask for consent, you give it freely and may withdraw it at any time by writing to tjtours10@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Optional analytics through Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica runs only after you consent. Analytics consent is not required to send an enquiry or make a booking.

Data and purposes

We process your name, contact details, booking details, group composition and any information you include in your message. Identity details are processed only where required for tickets, port access or the tour. Optional accessibility, dietary or health information is used only to arrange the service safely.

We use this data to:

  • answer your enquiry and manage your booking;
  • arrange guides, transport, admission and port access;
  • contact you about changes and provide customer support;
  • handle payments, cancellations, refunds and complaints;
  • meet legal and accounting obligations.

Marketing requires separate consent and is not a condition of receiving a tour.

Other travellers

If you provide data about another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have shown them the Privacy policy. A traveller may exercise their own data rights directly.

Recipients and duration

Necessary data may be provided to guides, transport operators, ports, museums, ticket and payment providers, and service suppliers involved in the booking. It is retained only for the periods described in the Privacy policy and as required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where GDPR provides those rights. Withdrawing information needed for an upcoming booking may prevent us from delivering it and may result in cancellation under the applicable booking terms.
